Refund policy

We only accept returns if your product arrives damaged. All other sales are final.

Eligibility for a Return

To request a return:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • You must include a photo of the damaged product in your email.
  • Email us at health@littleacrefarms.ca.

Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will issue either a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement, at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for reasons outside of product damage.
All sales are final.
