General Information

Little Acre Farms currently ships orders within Canada only.
All orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or Canada Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.
We currently offer free shipping on all orders — no additional shipping charges will be applied at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
Processing time refers to the period in which we prepare your order for shipment — this does not include transit time once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location and the carrier’s schedule.
Estimated delivery time within Canada is generally 2–7 business days after your order has shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Little Acre Farms is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Local Pickup (By Request)

Local pickup from our Kelowna, BC fulfillment location is available by request only.
If you wish to arrange a pickup, please contact us at health@littleacrefarms.ca before placing your order to confirm availability and scheduling.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please notify us at health.littleacrefarms.ca within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Additional Information

  • We do not currently offer international shipping.

  • All orders are shipped from Kelowna, British Columbia.

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes if using UPS or FedEx.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Little Acre Farms is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
